Virtus meetings will be held at St. Antoninus, in the Church Undercroft, on the dates listed below. Please note the time of each session. Because of the location in which the VIRTUS training sessions are held, EACH SESSION IS LIMITED TO 15 PARTICIPANTS (unless otherwise noted below). Please register early to be assured of a spot in the session you wish to attend (and see notes below for directions).

How to Register for VIRTUS - Child Protection Awareness Training
If you are working or volunteering at St. Antoninus, contact Deacon Bob Schroeder* for a "Fastrax Token" to use as a pre-paid code for the on-line background check. Please obtain this code BEFORE regsitering for VIRTUS!

1. Log on to www.virtus.org
2. Click on "Registration" on the left side of the page.
3. Click on "Begin the Registration Process"
4. From the drop-down list, select: Cincinnati, OH (Archdiocese)
5. Create your user ID and password - BE SURE TO RECORD THESE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!!
6. Enter your personal information.
7. When you are asked to select your primary location, choose St. Antoninus if you are working or volunteering at St. Antoninus. The primary location is the place where you work or volunteer, not necessarily where you attend the VIRTUS training session.
8. Click on appropriate role(s), and add a title. This can be "volunteer coach," "scout leader," etc.
9. If you are not an outside contractor, skip the next page.
10. Read and agree with the Decree on Child Protection: you can read it on-line by clicking the link on that page.
11. You will be asked to select a session. You may attend anywhere - it does not have to be at St. Antoninus.
12. You will be asked if you wish to begin the "selection.com" background check. You may do so now as part of the registration process.
a. On the first page click on: Begin Background Check
b. On the next page click on: Enter Background Check Info
c. On the next page click on: I Agree
d. On the next page enter your information. Be sure to enter a middle name or initial, OR click the "No Middle Name" box.
e. At the bottom of the same page, enter the Fastrax Token. Click on Validate Token.
f. If you get a message that the token is not valid, contact Deacon Bob Schroeder. Do not enter credit card information. There is no reimbursement.
