New Archbishop of Cincinnati

February 12, 2025Pope Francis announced on February 12, 2025, that he has accepted the resignation of Most Reverend Dennis M. Schnurr from pastoral governance of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and has appointed Most Reverend Robert G. Casey, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago, as the 11th archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. To see the article from the AOC website, please click here. We welcome Archbishop-designate Casey and also wish to thank Archbishop Schnurr for his years of service to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Please pray for Archbishop-designate Casey as he takes on his new role as shepherd to the faithful to all his parishioners in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati!
