We will explore by choosing the name Francis, Pope Francis expresses his papacy by embracing the themes of poverty, mercy, reform and ecology. We view a portion of the 2020 documentary Francesco that Vatican News states tells the story of Jorge Mario Bergoglio past and present and tackles some of the main themes of his pontificate.
