The mission of the Network of Care (NOC) is to provide services to St. Antoninus parishioners in need of assistance. We are called to be witnesses to Jesus by following His example of love and service. Together, we can make our parish a more dynamic and caring community by engaging in the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
For the corporal works of mercy, we provide meals and transportation to parishioners facing difficult circumstances. For example, we offer meals to parishioners who may have recently come home from the hospital or may be facing difficult medical treatments. We offer transportation to parishioners who may need a ride to a doctor appointment or to Sunday Mass. We also visit shut-ins, in person and by phone. During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are offering grocery shopping for those who cannot risk going on their own.
A Listening Ear is available for anyone who would like to talk to someone about a difficulty he or she is facing. Completely confidential, A Listening Ear offers comfort and support to individuals such as the homebound, people experiencing family crisis, and families or individuals affected by addiction.
